I try to follow good sleep hygiene. I first learned about sleep hygiene from the book Power Sleep, by Dr. James B. Maas. Before I read this book, I didn’t realize the damage that sleep deprivation could wreak on the human body.
Ever since, I try to get a good night’s sleep whenever I can. For me, that means at least 8 hours.
