I try really hard not to use electronics with lit screens (TV, computer, smart phone) in my bedroom. They’re supposed to make it harder to get restful sleep.
This month I was going to try and go the entire month without looking at my iPhone in the middle of the night. Half-way through the month, there’s still a real opportunity for me to improve in this area. 🙂
