I first watched this Eckhart Tolle talk in February, and it really meant a lot to me then. But when I watched it again at the end of April, Tolle's words sunk in on a much deeper level. His talk (recorded at Google) is primarily about presence, and it’s presence that’s been the constant, underlying theme for me, these past couple of weeks. It’s all very well and good to be aware of your feelings and needs, and to create strategies to try and meet your needs, but if you’re not present… well, then you’re still missing out on the most important part of life.
